Egregious and Tragic Levels of Deception in Alberta

I haven't written any letters in a while. The whole narrative has just gotten so out of hand, we had to focus on removing our family from Canada for the time being. Having been in Mexico for a month now, we hardly think about co vi d. There is a world beyond the madness of Canada's policies and hypocrisies.
Most of the time when I do engage in these things, I can remain fairly cerebral about it all.
However, I came across an article that made me sick today. I know in my head that the media twist the facts to promote "c0v!d deaths," but this is just too close to home. This hit me as really, really real.
In Red Deer, a 14-year old boy with stage 4 brain cancer tested positive for the virus two days before he died. This is what the media had to say about it: https://www.reddeeradvocate.com/news/14-year-old-among-33-new-covid-19-deaths-in-alberta-over-the-weekend/#
I will screenshot the article below in case they (hopefully) retract it. It was published in Edmonton's City News as well, and I'm sure many other places. Feel free to write.
This was my letter to the Red Deer Advocate at editorial@reddeeradvocate.com (if anyone wants to chime in):
To Whom It May Concern:
Your article from October 12 2021 regarding the 14-year old boy who died "with" c0 v! d is despicable abuse of a tragedy, and the most egregious deception.
According to his own family, he had stage 4 brain cancer, and no covid symptoms, but because he happened to have a positive test two days before he died, you joined in on the province's fear-mongering to force compliance to their mandates.
All the while, you have disrespected this boy, his journey and his struggle, and his family.
This is a tragedy that has nothing to do with c ov ! d, and you have used and abused this family for your purposes: virtue signalling and towing the party line without investigation or full disclosure.
You should be ashamed to call yourselves journalists. An apology to his family and a retraction is desperately required.
Sincerely disappointed,
xxxxxx
Update: Deena Hinshaw has walked back her statement and apologized, after public outcry: https://www.google.ca/amp/s/theprovince.com/news/dr-deena-hinshaw-says-alberta-teen-didnt-actually-die-from-covid/wcm/310efb9c-ced6-4b38-8fc1-246712d5fa48/amp/
Hmm, almost like they don’t investigate facts, hey? How many more c o vid deaths weren’t investigated, hey?
